This Privacy Policy sets out how Rapid Rise Pty Ltd (ACN 653 884 612) (referred to in this document as ‘Rapid Rise’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Rapid Rise Pty Ltd (ACN 653 884 612) protects the privacy of your personal information. Rapid Rise recognises the importance of respecting your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us by you.
Please note this Privacy Policy and all personal information collected and otherwise dealt with by Rapid Rise is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘Privacy Act’) and the Australian Privacy Principles (‘APP’) contained in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act, as amended from time to time.
This Privacy Policy also is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) if you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom (‘UK’) during your interactions with us (other than when you are in the European Union or UK solely for travel purposes) (‘EU Individual’).

This Privacy Policy sets out how Rapid Rise collects, uses, holds and disclosures personal information provided about individuals to Rapid Rise through the use of the website, https://rapidrise.co/ (‘the website’), mobile applications, our online forums or communities and any products offered or provided by Rapid Rise (‘Services’).
If you are an EU Individual, please refer to sections 15, 16 and 17, which deals with matters specific to EU Individuals.
2. Acknowledgement
By using the Rapid Rise website and/or Services, when you purchase products from or by Rapid Rise, or by agreeing to the Rapid Rise Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read this Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, holding and disclosure of personal information supplied by you.
We may do so subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the website, any terms and conditions that apply to any products and/or Services that we provide to you, and any other applicable contracts.
If you provide us with personal information of a third party individual, for example you refer a friend or you buy a product on behalf of someone else, you will be responsible for informing the individual of the existence of this Privacy Policy and obtaining their consent for their personal information to be provided to Rapid Rise for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise indicated at the time of collection.

- enhance the transparency of Bondi Sand information collection processes; and
- to give individuals a better understanding of the sort of personal information that Rapid Rise holds, and the way Rapid Rise uses or discloses that information.

Rapid Rise collects personal information from individuals in numerous ways, including for example when an individual:

- makes a purchase(s) from Rapid Rise or enquires about our products with us;
- makes payment of an invoice;

To ensure we are meeting the needs and requirements of our website users, to customise your experience at our website and to continue to develop our online Services, we may collect aggregated information through the use of cookies. Rapid Rise is not affiliated with these external websites and accordingly has no control over, and is not responsible for, their content, activities, privacy practice, policies or actions of these websites. Rapid Rise cannot be, and is not, responsible for any third party, or its affiliates or agents, failing to collect, use, hold or disclose your personal information in accordance with such third party’s privacy policy, or any contractual or other legal obligations to which such third party, its affiliates or agents, may be subject to.
15. GDPR compliance
If you are a resident of the European Union (or following UK’s withdrawal from the European Union (also known as Brexit), you are a resident of the UK and the UK has laws equivalent to the GDPR in effect) you have certain rights and protections under the GDPR (or the UK equivalent) regarding the processing of your personal data.
